Woodlake Special Meetings

Debbie and I have been in Woodlake, California, for special meetings, which began on Friday with a theme of “Be Revived; Be Restored; Be Renewed.”

The Friday night service was packed with representatives attending from our California branch churches in Eureka, Los Angeles, Richmond, Sacramento, and Tehachapi. West Coast Youth Challenge

The 2017 West Coast Youth Challenge was held April 28-30 at a campsite near Sutherlin, Oregon. This year, attendees came from California, Oregon, and Washington, and also the East Coast and Canada. Hempstead Spring Revival

Spring revival meetings were held April 9-16 at the Apostolic Faith Church in Hempstead, New York. The theme verse was Ezekiel 37:4, “O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.” During the opening message, the minister took his text from Ezekiel 37:1-3 referring to Ezekiel’s vision of the dry bones which lived again. He compared it to Jesus’ mission to restore hopeless situations regardless of the circumstances. ...

Philippines Summer Camp

This year’s summer camp in the Philippines was held April 12-16, with 353 registered campers from various branch churches. The theme was “The Way of the Apostles.” On the opening night, Zenaida Ruiz, District Superintendent of the Philippines Work, welcomed everyone and encouraged the campers to use the time to develop a deeper relationship with God. Special meetings were held this past weekend in Neah Bay, Washington, where Rich Butler is the pastor. The saints there were glad to be joined by several from our church in Port Angeles, Washington, as well as a few from Portland, Oregon. Wharton Church Dedicated with Weekend of Special Services

Debbie and I are on our way home from New Jersey where we enjoyed a weekend of special meetings celebrating the dedication of our Wharton church. The schedule included evangelistic services on Friday and Sunday evenings, a morning devotional and evening concert on Saturday, and the dedication service on Sunday morning.

South Korea Trip Highlighted by Prayer

Bill McKibben, Director of Asia Work, and Bob Bishop, pastor of our church in Richmond, California, are in South Korea visiting our churches there. They arrived Tuesday evening and were greeted by Kim Jeong Min, the Seoul pastor, and enjoyed dinner with his family.

Seventy-Seven Water Baptized at Zambia Camp Meeting

The final week of the Zambia camp meeting began with a ministers’ meeting on Monday morning. It was well attended by ministers from several African countries. Dwight Baltzell said a wonderful united spirit was felt among the ministers with a purpose to move forward for the Lord. It concluded with a group photo (see above).

India Camp Meeting

The tenth annual camp meeting in Kaikavolu, India, was held February 20-22. Some of the church members fasted on Tuesdays and Fridays during the months of January and February, and prayed that many would be saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost during the camp meeting.

On the day before the camp meeting began, a public address system was attached to an auto rickshaw to announce the services and invite the villagers to attend....

A Most Memorable Easter in India

Clark and Sumin Wolfe are in India, where they have been invited by correspondents to attend several church services in an area where there are no Apostolic Faith churches.

They arrived in Aurangabad on Saturday morning and were greeted at the airport by Surya Gasbyhiv of Maharashtra who would travel with them and interpret. After checking into a hotel, they traveled about two hours to where a church service had already begun....
